Frontiers Foundation and the Toronto Eglinton Rotary Club are hosting the Eleventh Annual Charity Golf Tournament with all proceeds going to support the work of the Frontiers Foundation.

The tournament will be held at the Shawneeki Golf Club (link to map of golf club).

We are limited to 120 golfers. Please get your entry form in early as we expect a significant increase in registrations.

Entry fee - $200.00
Includes golf, power carts, lunch, dinner with wine and prizes
All proceeds to Frontiers Foundation

Sponsorship for Holes
18 sponsorships are available at $250.00 each. Sponsorship includes a professional sign prominently displayed at the tee.

Cash Bar, Dinner at 6:30 p.m.

The Shawneeki Golf Club is a soft spikes course. Please wear appropriate golf attire. There are showers and change facilities at the Club house. Prize donations willingly accepted.

Non-golfers' Fee: $50.00
Includes dinner with wine only. Payable in advance only.
